INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

Why Meditate?  For some of us it is a part of a spiritual journey  For some meditation brings about health and well-being. For some it is  awareness and how to envision and experience life. For others it is simply a way to  relax.  Starting June 29th, join us once a week for meditation experiences with Wendy Eisner who has practiced insight meditation since 2002 and is an active member and corresponding secretary of Tri-State Dharma. She is founder and co-teacher with Mary Ellen Landolina of Tri-State Dharma’s Northern Kentucky meditation group. She has taken Matthew Flickstein’s Vipassana meditation teacher training course and is currently a member of the Community Dharma Leaders training program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. Wendy also has a Ph.D. in environmental science and is a professor at the University of Cincinnati. Please see the flyer for more details.
