Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservation Policy
• A check or money order for the payment in full for the entire reserved time of stay is due before or upon arrival.
• For groups who rent all rooms at the LaRose Wellness Retreat, a check or money order for the payment in full for the entire reserved time of stay is due 1 month prior to the date of arrival.
• If there is less than 1 month to the date of arrival we will hold your reservation for 7 days for you to get your deposit to us.

We use PayPal to confirm reservations.
Confirmations will be sent after the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy
• For individuals who rent rooms at the LaRose Wellness Retreat, cancellations must be received no less than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival for a full refund of the deposit.
• If cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival the deposit is forfeited.
• During special events (MTU Winter Carnival, MTU Graduation, etc.) deposits are non-refundable.
• For groups that rent all rooms at the LaRose Wellness Retreat, cancellations must be received at least 1 month prior to the date of arrival for full refund.
• If cancellations are made less than 1 month prior to the date of arrival the deposit is forfeited.
